Get your hands on a stunning, custom made puff dress.
In the notes at checkout just let me know the tinsel colours (from the provided charts) that you are after, and also the netting colour you would like for the sleeves. All puff dresses are made on a soft fabric, mini dress base with a skater style skirt (perfect for twirling).
