Fairy

In this collection I cast my mind back to days spent playing with Fairy Winkles as a kid. I used to be OBSESSED with fairies, believing wholeheartedly that when I was older I would most certainly receive my very own pair of wings.

As such, when it came to designing this collection I tried to create the concept of fairy wings and flowery camouflages by creating hundreds of hand sewn lengths of ruffles, each configured in abstract patterns and bursting off shoulders like whimsical creatures from the sky!
