Collection and Event Design

In September 2022 I presented an 18 piece, up-cycled, collection at Brisbane Fashion Week Australia. This body of work was inspired by imagined, nostalgic, memories and the desire to actualise a dream to attend a decadent, galactic Prom event.

Each of the garment bases in this collection underwent a galactic up cycling transformation. Cereal boxes became handbags, kitchen foil transformed into spiralling accessories, and used party decorations (donated by online followers) were repurposed into all the shiny bits that were featured in this runway fantasy.

The runway event, held at The Paint Factor Yeronga, was produced in collaboration with Brisbane Fashion Week Australia.
